Right of Revocation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email) of your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the form provided below for this purpose, but it is not required.

To comply with the revocation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your revocation notice before the revocation period expires.

Consequences of Revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which the notice of your revocation of this contract was received by us. We shall make such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Expiration of Right of Revocation for Digital Content

The right of revocation does not apply to a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a physical data carrier (e.g., software download, license activation) if we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to this and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of revocation (Section 356 Subsection 5 BGB).

Payment processing is handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd. as Merchant of Record. You may direct your revocation to either the address stated above or directly through Paddle's customer support portal.
