By downloading, installing, or using Sightdeck AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License

Sightdeck AI is sold as a personal, non-transferable software license. Each license entitles one individual to use the App on their own devices. Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing is not permitted.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Sightdeck AI for personal and commercial projects. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written consent.

4. Updates and Support

License holders receive updates for the version tier purchased. Support is provided on a best-effort basis via the contact address listed below. No guaranteed response times apply.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Christian Dangl does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Christian Dangl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Rosenheim, Bavaria, Germany.
